Return and Exchange: Fresh product(s) can be exchanged from our store within the 7 days of the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be:
• Unused
• all tags must be intact
• packaging must be in its original condition
• original invoice must be present
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged nor return for this reason.
We will only accept “return” and refund any product(s) if it is defective or wrong product(s) has been delivered. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product for exchange via courier service. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the courier service you choose.
For “return” any product(s), contact our customer service center through WhatsApp @ +91630903774 within 2 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, return and refund will be approved.
